SMRT Feng Shui good or bad?(Re-blog from www.yxlfengshui.com)

If you think SMRT Feng Shui is bad then you may want to reconsider your opinion. One of my clients sent me the price history of SMRT share and he asked me this question: “If Feng Shui is no good how come it is still able to make money during the years 2005 to 2011?”
If you think SMRT Feng Shui is good (very unlikely one will think it this way) then how would you justify the recent incidents that had happened?
Some attribute the incidents to excessive drilling, which disturb the earth Qi during the construction of the Circle Line. But it does not answer why SMRT make money during this period.
The real answer can be found in these photos & based on the following key points:
  • What is the difference between a water mouth (水口) and Qi mouth (氣口)?
  • Is this building receiving water or Qi and which period it is aligned to?
  • When does Qi mouth become Wind mouth(風口)?

If you are clear with the above 4 points, pay a little bit more attention with the pictures and you should be able to find the answer. It is obvious.
Some also observe that the lady CEO appears to manage the company better than the current CEO (man).  Don’t agree? But as matter of fact, SMRT share price rises above $2 during her term as CEO. On the other hand, the current CEO ended up apologizing to the commuters due to the recent flooding. The flooding incident also reflects negatively on his leadership suggesting poor work culture and potential staff issues within the company which he had also acknowledged.
Does it mean that she is more capable than him? My 2-cents comment is that Heaven and Earth is not on his side.
From the Naked eye (形家長眼法) perspective this is a typical 隂胜陽衰formation which by principle prosper woman and petty people (小人) . How to ‘See’?
  • First you take reference from the main gate that faces Raffles City
  • look at the front side (朱雀) and ask yourself is Raffles city very much higher than SMRT building?
  • Next look to the right side (白虎) and ask yourself is it relatively higher?

Therefore what is happening is in effect the manifestation (克应) of the form. Refer to my blog on "A different naked eye system" for the reasoning logic
Many also observed that 2011 Rabbit is the tipping year for SMRT where disruptions become increasingly frequent and apparently peak in 2015 Ram year. Some are sharp to point out the train collision occur during the rooster years (1993 & 2017).  But why there is nothing serious in 2005 rooster? Could it be just a coincidence? Again the answer lies in the photos and the 4 key points. The Tai Sui year is just a matter of trigger.
Now here comes the ambiguity in assessing Feng Shui. I understood that the door at the façade was closed and visitors are advised to use the main gate facing Raffles city. So which facing would you use as the reference in your assessment? Is it the façade (South facing), the main gate (South East facing) or the back gate (North West facing)? For me, I wouldn’t bother much because in Xuan Kong Liu Fa(玄空六法) the site facing is derived based on land formation (依形而立). Therefore, the so call door/façade facing only add points if the site is already prosperous. That said facing does play a critical role in Tai Sui analysis and if you do notice I am using the main gate as reference for Naked eye.
Good or bad Feng Shui for SMRT is not the main point. The point I am trying to demonstrate is that having bad Feng Shui does not mean one can’t make money while business can also fail with good Feng Shui.
What I can and have shared is just the tip of an ice-berg in ‘Seeing’ Feng Shui. If you are interested to know more you may have to pay me a visit personally.
