A)Measured at Door,  Face Ding

According to Flying star:

25 Door,  34 Balcony, 16 Master- room

B)Measured few steps away from Door, Facing Chen. According to Flying star:
75 Door, not good either.

Fact 1:
Till date health and safety tip top. But,

#5 arrive at door in 2011
#2 arrive at door in 2014

How come 25/75 door not effective ?

Both methods of measurement wrong?
According to XKLF, Unit facing is Chen, not Ding.

Fact 2:
Good Biz and corporate luck!

Make money since moving in.

Some claimed couple sleep in 16 Master-room. 
Some claimed that the duration of stay(4 years) is too short for Qi to take effect.
Maybe really too short, let see if anything happen this year.
But why owner able to earn money within few years of move-in?  

My 2-cents view:

Feng Shui(风水) is a study of Feng(风) and Shui (水 ).
If Feng and Shui is not real, formula is useless, "峦不真，理气无用".
Auspiciousness of the house is not determine by the facing but by Feng Shui.

It can only be assessed on site (看) and not determine using formula calculated for base on a given floor plan. 

Have you ever wondered,  we always say “see Feng Shui” (看风水) and did we ever say “measure Feng Shui” (测风水) or "calculate Feng Shui"(算风水)?

If so why are we measuring in the first place?
What are we measuring with a luo pan? Measure Qi (气)?
