A)Measured at Door,  Face Ding

According to Flying star:

25 Door,  34 Balcony, 16 Master- room

B)Measured few steps away from Door, Facing Chen. According to Flying star:
75 Door, not good either.

Fact 1:
Till date health and safety tip top. But,

#5 arrive at door in 2011
#2 arrive at door in 2014

How come 25/75 door not effective ?

Both methods of measurement wrong?
According to XKLF, Unit facing is Chen, not Ding.

Fact 2:
Good Biz and corporate luck!

Make money since moving in.

Some claimed couple sleep in 16 Master-room. 
Some claimed that the duration of stay(4 years) is too short for Qi to take effect.
Maybe really too short, let see if anything happen this year.
But why owner able to earn money within few years of move-in?  

My 2-cents view:

Feng Shui(风水) is a study of Feng(风) and Shui (水 ).
If Feng and Shui is not real, formula is useless, "峦不真，理气无用".
Auspiciousness of the house is not determine by the facing but by Feng Shui.

It can only be assessed on site (看) and not determine using formula calculated for base on a given floor plan. 

Have you ever wondered,  we always say “see Feng Shui” (看风水) and did we ever say “measure Feng Shui” (测风水) or "calculate Feng Shui"(算风水)?

If so why are we measuring in the first place?
What are we measuring with a luo pan? Measure Qi (气)?

Another Qimen case to share

This is a feedback from my client. She is working for a foreign bank as a contractor, which is due to end in Mar. She managed to secure an interview for another role in the company. She contacted me for help hoping that the interview would run well. It was quite a last minute thing as the interview date had already been fixed. I advise her to give it a try using the Qi Men Dun Jia (奇门遁甲) technique. I managed to find her a suitable time-space to approach the interview. Although this is not the best choice, but at least it is an auspicious formation known as Heaven Escape (天遁). This formation is favourable for paper matters.

In the evening, she feedback it was a positive session. I checked with her if she did note any of the following signs:

• People arguing
• Arrival of a military equipment gear or something resemble a uniformed persons carrying some equipment
• Drum sounds or thunder heard

She told me that she saw someone talking loudly as if they are quarrelling. She heard drums as there is a Lion dance troupe performance.

Can't find an answer from Flying Star

This is typical HDB unit type found in Singapore

Unit A & B: Period 6 build, Face 酉(you) West. According to Flying Star, both units have 61 Door.  

Year 2012, a good year for A as #8 arrives at door.

Year 2013, a bountiful year for A as #7 arrives at door.

No doubt when #8 meets a 61 door, good things will happen. But why when inauspicious #7 arrives at 61 door, it becomes a bountiful year for A? Is there anything wrong with Flying Star theory?

Unit B is not as lucky as A. And in 2013, B had an surgical operation. Note that both units have the same similar facing degree measured at the door(within 酉). The interior Feng Shui such as the stove and bed positions are exactly the same. Why is there such a difference? Some consultants accounts this to Xuan Kong Da Gua yao(爻). A case to share

I attended a family event 2 months ago. A baby shower party.

My relative’s sister was trying to find out about his brother’s flat Feng Shui.

It was a low floor unit. After checking the unit surroundings, I obtained the reading of SE 120 degrees with my android phone. He moved in somewhere in year 2009/10.

I told her my assessment:

‘The owner should be doing well for the past 3 years. If he was a corporate guy, his work should be smooth sailing. If he owned a business, he should achieve some good results at this stage.’

She replied that he worked in the telecoms industry. An executive having some staffs working for him. At the same time, he entered partnership with friends to provide some Internet service. Heard that his business is well managed. Quite a capable guy considering this is his first venture. Also, the app is developed by him.

I myself was surprised.

Qi Men Dun Jia Date Selection Software

The Qi Men Dun Jia date selection software is technically completed after few months of programming. 

I had a FS audit appointment on 12 Dec 2013 1400h. I thought it will be a good start to check out the software.  I selected the following timing, SE to approach the venue.  The Qimen manifestation suggests the "arrival of cloud & rain. Man holding yellow, woman in colorful clothes ..."

It was a hot & sunny when I arrived(approx 1300h). 

Here comes the fun part when observing the Qimen signs. The sky turn cloudy and grey at around 1310hr

 It started to drizzle at 1320hrs

A man holding a yellow plastic bag arrive together with a woman wearing blue based colorful satin clothes. Too awkward to take a picture of them as they appear in front me, but at least I know my software works!.
